Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

8 cups chicken broth

1 onion chopped

3 ribs celery chopped

1 carrot chopped

1 cup chopped chicken

salt and pepper

egg noodles

Instructions

Step one:

Start by chopping an onion, three ribs of celery, and two smaller carrots

Step two:

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in InstantPot and sauté the vegetables until they are soft and translucent—avoid browning them

Step three: 

Add 8 cups of chicken broth to the sautéed vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 15-20 minutes

Step four:

Stir in about 1 cup of chopped cooked chicken

Step 5:

Finally, bring the soup to a boil and add the noodles. Follow cooking instructions of noodle packaging. If using homemade noodles, they typically require about 5 minutes of cooking time
