Ham & Green Chili Quiche

Ingredients

2 frozen pie crusts

6 eggs

2 1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. green onions, chopped

1 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

2 dashes of nutmeg

1 c. ham, diced

2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions:

Step one

Put foil in the premade pies and weigh them down with baking weights to prevent bubbling. Bake at 450°F for 5 min.

Step two

Mix 6 eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg until well combined. Add 1/2 cup green onions, green chilies and 1 cup diced ham. Mix well. In a separate bow add the 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 cups cheddar cheese to prevent cheese from lumping. Add to egg mixture.

Step three

Take out pies and remove the foil. Pour egg mixture evenly between the two pies. Bake at 325°F for approximately 45 minutes until the centers are set.
