BBQ Salad Ingredients2 chicken breast, cooked and cubed1/2 head iceburg lettuce, chopped1/4 head romaine lettuce, chopped12 basil leaves, chopped1/2 c. jicama, thin strips1 c. monterey jack cheese, shredded1/2 c. canned black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 c. fresh corn1 c. tomatoes, dicedspicy bbq sauceranchcrunchy tortilla strips InstructionsStep one: Chop the chicken breasts, iceburt lettuce, romaine lettuce and basil. Cut jicama into thin strips. Put into a large serving bowl.Step two:Rinse and drain black beans, cut corn kernels off of the cob, dice tomatoes and place into serving bowl. Add cheese.Serve:Add bbq sauce, ranch and tortilla stips to taste and serve immedietley.
