BBQ Salad

Ingredients

2 chicken breast, cooked and cubed

1/2 head iceburg lettuce, chopped

1/4 head romaine lettuce, chopped

12 basil leaves, chopped

1/2 c. jicama, thin strips

1 c. monterey jack cheese, shredded

1/2 c. canned black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 c. fresh corn

1 c. tomatoes, diced

spicy bbq sauce

ranch

crunchy tortilla strips

Instructions

Step one: 

Chop the chicken breasts, iceburt lettuce, romaine lettuce and basil. Cut jicama into thin strips. Put into a large serving bowl.

Step two:

Rinse and drain black beans, cut corn kernels off of the cob, dice tomatoes and place into serving bowl. Add cheese.

Serve:

Add bbq sauce, ranch and tortilla stips to taste and serve immedietley.
