Homemade Egg Noodles

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour

2 eggs

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup milk

pinch of salt

Instructions

Step one: 

In a bowl combine the flour and salt, create a well, and add the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix with a spatula until combined.

Step two: 

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.

Step three:

Roll the dough out as thin as possible. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into long strips. Let the noodles air dry for about 10 minutes.

Serve:

You can use them immediately in your meal or freeze the portion you don’t need.
