Corn Chowder Ingredients 3/4 cup butter1 cup potatoes (diced)1 cup celery (diced)1 cup onion (diced)1 cup green bell pepper (diced)1 cup flour3 cups corn3/4 Tbsp black pepper1 & 1/2 Tbsp salt3/4 Tbsp thyme1 tsp Tabasco3/4 cup cooking sherry2 cups water2 quarts half & half Step One: Melt butter in InstaPot or a large pot. Saute celery, onion and green pepper until tender and translucent. Step Two:Add flour and stir to combine with butter completely.Step Three:Add black pepper, salt, thyme, sherry, water and potatoes. Simmer for about 10 min. Add corn and half & half.Step Four:Simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.Serve:Taste soup and add salt and pepper if needed. Serve with bread or any of your favorite sides. Enjoy!
