Cake Pops

Ingredients:

1/4 c. cream cheese frosting

6 cupcakes (I like redvelvet)

1 package of Wilton’s candy wafers

Skewers (for serving)

 

Instructions:

Step one: 

In a bowl, crumble the cupcakes and mix in a quarter cup of cream cheese frosting. Mix until you get the right consistency for forming cake balls.

Step two: 

Insert skewers into the cake pops and place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set.

Step three: 

Melt Wilton’s candy wafers till it is smooth. Dip the cake pops into the melted wafer, scrapes off the excess, and let them set.

Serve:

While chocolate is still setting I like to add festive/cute sprinkles but it’s also good without them too.
