Chicken Taco

Ingredients:

2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

1 jar (about 24 oz) salsa

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 heaping Tbsp cumin

3 heaping Tbsp chili powder

1 tsp salt

hard or soft shell tortillas

topping of your choice

Instructions:

Step one:

Put chicken breast in slow cooker. Pour salsa over the top. Add garlic, cumin, chili powder and salt. Stir slightly into salsa. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Step two:

Shred chicken with forks and stir into the sauce in slow cooker.

Serve:

Serve with desired toppings. (I like shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fresh salsa, limes and sour cream).
