Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon shallot, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon sugar 1

/2 teaspoon garlic, minced

1/4 cup champagne vinegar

3/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions:

Step one: 

Mince the shallot and garlic finely.

Step two: 

Combine all ingredients in a container. Mix until combined thoroughly.

Serve: 

You can serve this immediatly or store it in the fridge until you are ready to use it on a salad. Enjoy!
