Easter Party Favor
This cute and easy Easter basket idea is perfect to pass out after a fun celebration for Easter. It only costs a few dollars per bucket and it will surley bring a smile to young and old who recieve it. Let me tell you how I have made it.
The bucket pales were bought at Walmart for about $1.50. You can go for a colored one but I like the symplicity and rustic charm of the silver. Add a ribbon around the bucket, this can take some patience but it turns out so cute, and I like that this one reminds me of a carrot which is clearly perfect for Easter. Then I added some green woody basket grass, any kind of grass will do though, I liked that it added more of that rustic charm. Now, for the best part…the candy! I put some cute and festive M&M’s and Sweethearts into plastic eggs and added them to the basket. Then, I found some Easter Kit Kat’s that were perfect. Now, I saw some bigger Peep’s that were on a stick, which were cute, but they were about $2 for each of them. Instead, buy a pack of 8 for under $2 and you can make a whole lot more. I took each Peep and put a wooden stick into the bottom, put a cellophane bag over it, and tie off the end with a cute and small ribbons. Put those into the bucket and you’re done!
Of course, add and take away anything to make it your own. But, I hope this helped to give you inspiration and get you excited for Easter. I hope all of you enjoy your day and focus on making memories with your loved ones.
Let me know if you tried this or if there’s something you put together that is different.
