Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. Whisk until combined thoroughly.
Step two:
Whisk in the egg, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and molasses until combined. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes to allow the baking powder to create air.
Step three:
Heat your griddle or a pan to a medium high heat and add butter. Pour about a 1/4 c. of the batter. Flip them when the bubbles on the surface pop but do not close back up.
Serve:
Serve warm, spread with butter and top with maple syrup. Feel free to add whip cream and cinnamon or nutmet on top. Sprinkles can add a fun touch too!
