Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

12 oz package fresh cranberries

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

Instructions:

Step one: 

Wash and rinse the cranberries.

Step two: 

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil. Add the cranberries. Once it returns to a boil, cover with a lid, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step two: 

Remove from heat and stir. Pour into a serving dish to cool to room temperature. It will thicken into a jelly-like texture as it chills in the refrigerator.

 

Tips:

This dish is perfect for can easily be made a day or two in advance.
